9 weeks to a 5K is our year-round beginner program, designed specifically for the beginner walker/runner who wants to begin or maintain a consistent fitness program. Our group training helps you stick to your goal. Let us help you commit to a healthy lifestyle! Session fee is $50.
Benefits of the Training Program Includes:
Saturday Morning Group Workouts with Coaches start at 7:00 a.m. at The Lot, 7530 East Grand, Dallas, 75214 at the south end of White Rock Lake on the Santa Fe Trail.
Goal Race: TBA (race fee may be discounted but not included)
Weekly training schedules
Free weekday social run workouts
