About the Program:
9 to 5 is a multi-level program designed for the beginner walker/runner who wants to begin or maintain a consistent fitness program.

This is a year-round program - the conclusion of one program is followed by the beginning of the next. 9 to 5 recycles every 9 weeks.

  • Complete a 5k after 9 weeks of training! Each 9–weeksession will culminate with a scheduled 5k timed event.
  • Train alongside our other proven training programs on Saturday mornings.
  • $60 registration fee includes Saturday morning coached workouts, weekly training schedules, plus all the amenities of our other training programs … technical shirt, discounts, clinics, and much, much more.

    18 Weeks - Organized Saturday Morning Runs

    All levels and abilities are welcome. My Beat Program is designed for those looking to improve all levels of fitness walking, new to experienced! Up Beat Program helps those who currently walk or run 2-3 times per week, and want to focus on furthering their running abilities to participate in a 5K. Quick Beat Program works on runners who can currently run for 30 minutes or more who wish to improve their current 5K/10K performances. Half Beat Program is geared for distance runners who can currently run 3-5 miles 4-5 times per week at our starting date and are looking for help to train for a spring 2012 Half Marathon.
