The Dallas / Fort Worth yoga community will celebrate the Fourth Annual DFW Free Day of Yoga this Labor Day, Monday September 6, 2010.
From sunrise to sunset, participating studios across the Metroplex will offer free classes as a way for people of every age and every fitness level as an opportunity to:
- Try yoga for the first time
- Experience a new style of yoga
- Visit a new studio or take a class from a new instructor
- Share yoga with friends and family
